This includes your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store full card or wallet details). We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, bot deployment events, execution logs, and device/browser metadata. This helps us improve the platform and diagnose issues.

We use collected information to: • Operate and improve the NxCreate platform • Process payments and manage subscriptions • Send transactional emails (billing receipts, deployment alerts, support replies) • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your bot code or user data for advertising purposes.

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union and United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) and follow security best practices including role-based access controls, audit logging, and regular penetration testing. Bot execution logs are retained for 30 days. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 90 days after deletion, after which it is permanently removed.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via the banner on our landing page.

We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform: cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and transactional email services. All providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our behalf and in accordance with this policy. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
