Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide, improve, and secure our services. We do not sell your personal information — ever.
Account Credentials
Your email address is stored to identify your account. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
Telegram Bot Tokens
Bot tokens you provide are stored solely to operate your bots. You may revoke and delete these at any time from your dashboard.
User Scripts
Scripts you write are stored as plain text to enable execution. You retain full ownership and may delete them at any time.
Usage Analytics
Aggregate, anonymized usage data may be collected via Google Analytics to help us improve performance and user experience.
Error & Diagnostic Data
We use Sentry to capture application errors and performance diagnostics. This data is used exclusively for platform stability.
Session & Device Info
Basic device and session metadata (browser, OS, IP) is recorded per session for security purposes and fraud prevention.
How We Use Your Information
All data we collect is used exclusively to deliver and improve NxCreate's services. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or share it with third parties for commercial gain.
Service Delivery — to authenticate your account and provide access to platform features.
Security & Fraud Prevention — to detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and suspicious activity.
Product Improvement — to analyze usage patterns and improve the reliability, speed, and functionality of our platform.
Customer Support — to diagnose issues, respond to inquiries, and resolve problems effectively.
Account Communications — to send service-critical notifications such as security alerts or significant policy updates.
Advertising & Third-Party Trackers
🚫 NxCreate does not serve advertisements and does not embed third-party advertising trackers of any kind. We believe your focus should remain on building — not on being profiled or targeted.
The only third-party services we integrate are those necessary for platform operation: Google Analytics (anonymized usage) and Sentry (error reporting). Both are configured with privacy protections enabled.
Security & Risk Disclosure
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed credential storage, session token management, and rate-limited authentication endpoints.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data using commercially reasonable means, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You accept this inherent risk when using any internet-based service.
⚠️ A note on scripts: Scripts you create are stored in plain text in our database to enable execution. You should avoid including sensitive secrets, credentials, or personally identifiable information directly inside script content.
Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. Bot tokens and scripts can be removed directly through your dashboard. For full account deletion or any other data removal requests, contact us and we will process your request promptly in accordance with applicable law.
We will respond to all verified deletion requests within 30 days. In certain cases, some data may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves or legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will notify users via an in-app notice or email with at least 14 days' advance notice before changes take effect.
Continued use of NxCreate after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
